Internet Marketers Are Blogging to the Bank

Internet Marketers Are Blogging to the Bank

Over the past several years, internet marketers have decided to use  blogs as their primary vehicle to promote their business online. Static websites of the past are quickly being replaced with the simple and versatile tool of the blog.
Unlike its counterpart, the "old fashioned" static website, blog content is usually updated on a regular basis. This feature gives the blogger an advantage with the Search Engines, inasmuch as the newly featured posts (content) are also regularly indexed.
Blogs are also easy to create and fashion to the bloggers objectives. Most web hosting companies offer "one-click" installation of blogs and the use of any variety of "plugins" (small, packaged snippets of script or code that add particular functions to the blog) can create an online vehicle that has complete functionality and versatility that could take a website developer hours of coding to duplicate. Blogs are fast and simple.
A newbie in the world of internet marketing with no previous experience with promotional websites, can quickly give the impression of having years of expertise simply by creating a blog. "Out of the Box" blogs are still professional looking and with a little bit of trimmings and decoration, a newbie can start to create an online presence. Blogs also get some of that coveted "organic traffic", even without the newbie having to do much in the way of Search Engine Optimization or other of the time consuming techniques that used to be an absolute necessity when marketers made their efforts using the old static websites.
Many, many products have arrived on the market that serve to make blogging easier and easier, and the preferred method to market online. One of the biggest problems earlier bloggers had was in obtaining fresh content so that they could continue to update their blogs - usually daily. Now there are services all over the internet where a blogger can register to obtain quality article content via remote publishing means. Also, the effective use of the RSS feeds available from news sources and article directories can easily turn a blog into a fully automated profit machine.
Without a doubt, blogging has evolved to become among the "favorite" means to a profit producing end for a growing percentage of IMers, newbies and experienced marketers alike. Surely, anyone interested in making money online should take the plunge and start blogging themselves. The advantages of blogging over static websites, especially the ease with which one can achieve an extremely functional and versatile internet vehicle, are becoming more and more obvious. The future of blogging looks bright and blogs are able to be changed as the atmosphere of that future changes.

So You Want to Be a Problogger

So You Want to Be a Problogger

So do you want to be a professional blogger? Blogging for profit can be a lucrative field, so here are some tips for the aspiring problogger.
The definition of a blog is a website that contains content consisting of some of these features:
Articles - Images - Audio - Video
Here are some ideas for a direction to take if you want to make money with your blog, and keep in mind that you can make money putting ads on your blog, such as Google ads (which are free and should be related to the subject of your blog), and you can sell an affiliate product or products related to your blog topic.
Niche or Topical Blog - This may be the best approach to make money with your blog. Especially when you are first starting out. The niche blog is theme based on a specific subject and provides information to the readers.
Health Blog - Self explanatory, a health blog is actually a niche blog and can be on any health topic. In general health related blogs are gaining in popularity.
Ebook Blog - With this blog you can sell ebooks, either on a specific topic or go in a more general direction with your selection.
Personal Blog - You can create an online diary and place ads on it.
Travel Blog - You can talk about your travels and/or set up a blog that takes hotel reservations or something in that area.
Political Blog - Create an issue or activism based blog.
Collective Blog - Choose a topic and get contributors to submit articles on that topic.
Directory Blog - A directory of different websites on a particular topic.
These are just a few ideas out of hundreds you can use for your blog. Your blog should preferably be on a topic of interest to you to boost the "fun factor".
If you want to be very successful with your blog, you should spend time with it regularly, particularly in the beginning. If you want a one product blog (as in an affiliate situation), you can do fairly well (if you are representing a good product) if you add to the content once or twice a week.
When you are a problogger, you are running the show. You are actually making money from blogging, which can be very rewarding.
If you want to be a problogger, here are a few tips:
Be patient, the financial success of your blog is a process. You can start making money right away, but if you want to quit your day job, it will probably take a little longer.
Know your readers. The more you offer them in the way of interesting items, the more they will return to your blog.
Remember you can experiment with different affiliate programs and ads.
Keep your blog as interesting as you can. Make it readable by avoiding a lot of clutter.
Anyone can make money blogging. The most successful blogs are run by people who are consistent in adding content, make changes when necessary, and most importantly, stick with it.

ProBlogger - Secrets For Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income Book Review

ProBlogger - Secrets For Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income Book Review

ProBlogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income is written by Darren Rowse and Chris Garret. It is published by John Wiley Publishing Inc. in 2008 (Yes! A relatively recent book) and is about 211 pages long.
The author Darren Rowse is the guy behind Problogger.Net which is also a well known blogging reference site. Darren's hobbies, such as photography, is one of the inspirations for many of his income producing blogging sites and as any reference material on blogging.
Chris Garrett is not only a professional blogger like Darren, but is also a writer and Internet marketing consultant. Chris also likes to pick up his camera and capture moments.
Now, why would you listen to these two guys about such a serious topic? Well, they are two guys who started like other successful people who checked out blogging, did some research, tried it, made a plan, got serious and then kept tenaciously pursuing what they wanted. This book is a couple of entrepreneurs who share their stories and lessons of how they are making a living blogging. Plus they add some humor and fun to it too, and the fact that they don't take themselves and the topic too seriously...there's enough of that already out there.
So, between Darren and Chris, they take turns working you through the following chapters that are helpful to beginners or for an experienced blogger wanting to make some changes to gain some monetary income from what they love to do.
  • Blogging for Money - defines what a blog is and the ways you can use blogging to make money
  • Niche Blogging - looks at the concepts of blog niches and gives you an overview of topics to consider when selecting your blog topic
  • Setting Up Your Blog - walks you through the highlights of setting up your blog and helps you see that it's not as difficult as it would first seem
  • Blog Writing - content is King! But don't forget about great headlines, formatting, reader involvements, etc.
  • Blog Income and Earning Strategies - provides definitions and examples of making money directly, indirectly or a mixture
  • Buying and Selling Blogs - highlights the factors usually considered by sellers and buyers of blogs and reminds you people are willing to buy blogs for more than just revenue alone
  • Blog Networks - expresses the advantages of not going it alone and the various types of networks you could tap into and be a part of
  • Blog Promotion and Marketing - is about the numerous approaches and tools you could use to promote your blog
  • Secrets of Successful Blogs - tunes you in to the ways you can measure your success and provides lessons from Niche and Top blogs out there using active blog site examples you can check out yourself
  • Creating Something Worthwhile - the "how to" of doing just that, "Creating Something Worthwhile" in blogging

One of the first things written in bold print that gets respect is the section header, Pro Blogging Is Not a Get-Rich-Quick Tactic. The little exercise sections that help you actually take action to learn more are great tools. In addition, the authors also give up links and tools, for free, to help you build and manage your own blog. Though the material is written in a manner that a new comer to blogging can easily and quickly grasp the concepts it also has great examples and techniques that even a well experienced blogger may find useful, possibly triggering new ideas or approaches.
Darren and Chris wrote a resource that, even though the technology may change (more than likely), the bigger concepts such as choosing your subject matter, defining your audience, evaluating your blog's success, sand ideas and ways to keep it fresh and interesting will still apply.

9 Blogging Secrets I Learned From Chris Brogan, ProBlogger, and John Chow

9 Blogging Secrets I Learned From Chris Brogan, ProBlogger, and John Chow

Blogging is a tough job!
During my pursuit of financial independence, I loved spending time in reading on other bloggers' writing. By reading through their archives, I have managed to find strength and inspiration when the going gets tough. My tribute goes to great bloggers like ProBlogger, John Chow, Steve Pavlina and Chris Brogan for making me in believing in what I'm doing. They inspire me to persevere. I shall share with you the 18 blogging tips that I've picked up from observing and reading their blogs.
1. Don't Resign From Your Full Time Job Yet
When you are all fired up, that's where the danger lurks. The first blogging secret applies to all of us who blog part time. We need the stable income from our job to probably to tide us through the first and second year of our new blogging business.
Imagine the stress you would have to go through if you resigned from your job spontaneously. How long could you last through the drought? Inspiration and stress do not correlate. The sad fact is, if you resigned from your job prematurely, you would be forced to look for a new job again.
2. Only Focus On One Blog At Any One Time
They all do it. ProBlogger, DoshDosh, John Chow and Chris Brogan don't stray from one blog to another! They all share a common trait called 'focus'. Focus would give you the strength to strife on because your mind won't need to strain on different genre of blogs or websites. Another thing about focus. When our mind focus on a particular object, we give life to it.
I used to tell you to try working on two blogs instead of one. The reason? So that you could continue to work once you run out of subjects for any one blog. After working on two blogs simultaneously for 3 months, I realized that I might actually be wrong. If you happened to blog part time, it's best that you concentrate just on one blog.
There is so much to do even when you are working on one blog. Do you know what else am I doing apart from writing on my post? My Tweetdeck is on, and I've logged in to my Facebook to engage my friends and building rapport, all for the sake of my How To Blog.org.
3. Be Active In At Least One Social Media Network
At the moment of this writing, John Chow has 3,998 friends in Facebook and oops, surprise surprise, only 398 followers in Twitter. ProBlogger (also known as Darren Rowse) has 3 Fan Pages in Facebook and 88,038 followers in Twitter. I could not find DoshDosh in Facebook (maybe you can help me out on this!) and Maki has 14,874 followers in Twitter. Top blogger like Chris Brogan is a superstar in Twitter, boasting a whopping 120,273 followers!
When you tweet about your latest blog updates, your followers may link to your post. Some may even retweet and help in spreading the word around. Such action will create inbound links from Twitter to your blog. Building links is one of the most important part of creating traffics to your website.
4. Comments On Other Bloggers' Post
ProBlogger said this many times. During the initial years of his blog business, he had spent an equal amount of time creating contents and commenting on other people's blogs. The reason; to get backlinks.
The best link building effort comes from getting a prominent blogger to put your url into his blogroll. Tons of backlinks will be created via such effort. I was fortunate enough to get a PR6 blog called Dr Shock to add my site in this way very early in my blogging effort. As a result, my 'How to Blog.org' just leaped from a PR0 to a PR2 website within 2 months!
However, your request for a link exchange from the big brothers are usually futile. By this, you just have to do the next best thing. You put comments on their post. Remember only to put smart comments and not just any spammy phrase like 'Great post. Thanks!'
5. Use Pictures And Videos
Google and many search engines favor the using of videos and pictures in your blog content. The best videos come from your own recording effort whereby you put in your own keywords for optimization. However, you are still able to use other people's work provided that you give due credit to that person.
6. Build Genuine Relationship
Your readers are intelligent human beings. They know how much effort you have contributed just by reading your content. Once you assumed your role as a blogger, you focus on your effort in adding value to your readers' knowledge.
Ask yourself, how could your content change your reader's outlook. Would your work open up a new perspective or would it just invoke a 'what's new' response? Think about how you would advise a dear friend when he or she hit a snag?
7. Love What You Are Doing
Only make blogging your business if you really love writing valuable contents for your readers. Although building a blog business consumes very little monetary cost, you invest your time in the building process. To me, time is priceless and no amount of money can really replace the time that you have spent. So, only spend this limited resource in something that you love.
8. Your Blog Is Serious Business
Look at these prominent bloggers' site and tell me what you observe? It's not just paying lip service when I said you have to treat your blog as a business.
Darren Rowse of Problogger started of as a lone ranger like most of us newbies. Look at his website now. He hires feature writers for Problogger.net and I'm sure he has accountants to keep track of his ROI as well.
9. Build Original Content
Writing original content is difficult. Since most of us do not write for a living, the urge to just link to other people's post is quite alluring.
Steve Pavlina always preaches about having our own original contents. You could just look at the comments readers make in his blog to gauge how much they love his contents. Creating your own original content would pull traffic to your blog. Linking would push your hard earned traffic to other people's website. In other words, you became the middle-man that creates free inbound link to other bloggers.
I am Robin, a business manager, age 37 and is currently employed by a major organization in Malaysia. Until a year ago, I was adamant to work myself up the corporate ladder and subsequently, to end up as a Managing Director or a CEO of a Multi National Corporation.
Now, I've changed my mind. I want to be more ambitious. I want my own business, and what better way to start than to have my own websites and blogs that would drive in income for me. The beauty of building blogs are abundant. For one, you can do it part time.

How To Be A Pro Blogger

How To Be A Pro Blogger

Becoming a pro blogger is a new form of popular expression. Pro Blogging is not old. It is the technological successor to the editorial. Blogging is definitely not a quick fix.
Many bloggers actually consider their online space a visual medium. If you accept the premise that most of your readers are not bloggers, then it's highly likely they won't be amused, entertained, or informed by a continual stream of blog entries on the art of blogging. Do bloggers portend more lasting ramifications for the securities world? But of course.
Perhaps the media is in a crisis - an internal one as much as an external one. When Iran's protest was unfolding, if social media (especially blogs) had not been there, we wouldn't have known all the weird things going on that the foreign press would not have been able to have access to. What's lamentable is that mainstream media, in a desperate race to be hip, will often now quote an un-sourced blog story as a source.
Writing a weblog today isn't the bright idea it was four years ago. The time it takes to craft sharp, witty blog prose is better spent expressing yourself on Flickr, Facebook, or Twitter. Blogging is writing. Some writing is journalism. I am for that as a summation. Thanks to those who suggested it.
Many of us are still writing as if we were writing for our sixth grade teacher, writing in complete sentences, complete thoughts, and fussing over every spelling and grammar error potential. These are not writings that encourage a conversation. Everyone hears about writing blogs now and then but very few people get serious about it. Some people do not even want to reveal their ignorance and to hide that they simply do not ask what they actually are.

ProBlogger - Is It a Farce?

ProBlogger - Is It a Farce?

The main intention which Darren Rowse, the founder of ProBlogger.net started it in 2004 was seemingly to help other fellow bloggers pick up new traits and use them for their benefit. There are many items in this site that could be useful to people and these include videos, blogs, work books, job forums for discussions and books.
Most of the content is centered on how to create successful blogs, the professional manner in which one could blog etc. ProBlogger also offers a platform for bloggers to make money while discussing other issues like how to attract people to blogs, designing the blog to have a better hit rate, kinds of technical issues related to blogging etc.
Most people set up their own blogs to make money. So, there is a workbook in the site that teaches one the best ways to design a blog, that too in 31 days. It is divided into 2 sections - the first one dedicated to what tasks need to be done everyday and the second one - a simple module that describes why a task has been designed a way it is, the general structure etc. As all of these are daily modules, one has to finish and review them everyday.
In addition to all this, there is also a job section in ProBlogger that posts everyday job listings. Though there are many items that people are not charged for, there is a subscription fee starting at USD 5.95/month, to access the forum. The workbook is priced at USD 19.95.
If one were to probe further to understand who would reap maximum rewards, it would come as no surprise to learn that it would be those professional bloggers. More specifically, people who have set up their blogs to earn money would be benefited a great deal from ProBlogger. Within the website, there are also other ways of making money, like affiliate marketing and freelance writing.
In conclusion, if one would like to benefit from what ProBlogger has to offer, it is recommended that one does his/her own research before moving further. Not all blogs are factual and there is a divide between slander and promotion. Be wary of that.

Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income by Darren Rowse

Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income by Darren Rowse

Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income. This is not your average get-rich-quick paperback. You won't find any outrageous and sensational claims in this book. In fact, authors Chris Garrett and Darren Rowse are quick to make the point that blogging isn't a magical cash cow but something that can fill your bank account only if you know your stuff. Then they proceed to teach you all the techniques they themselves have used to achieve wealth through blogging.
Making money from a blog is no different than any other career-you need the right tools and techniques in order to be successful. The book offers a very brief explanation of what blogging is then moves on to help you choose a topic that will draw in the traffic you need to make it profitable. You'll also be taught how to properly set up a blog, making it visually appealing as well as interesting to your target audience.
Of course, marketing your blog is essential if you want to profit from it and Garrett and Rowse teach their readers how to analyze the market in order to take advantage of it. Unless you know how the market trends and what consumers need you won't be successful no matter how good your blogging skills are! They then go on to teach you a number of ways to promote your blog. After all, without promotion the only traffic you'll have is accidental surfers and that's every blogger's nightmare.
Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income doesn't stop there, however. You will learn about niches and why they are so important. A niche is a part of the market that is very specialized, a subject that stands by itself. One example of niche writing is the Little Leather Library collection published in the 1920's. They are not common but there is a definite interest in them for one segment of the population. That particular niche has a small but fairly well-to-do consumer base. Garret and Rowse teach you how to choose one or two niches that are right for you and give you the tools to exploit them.
You will learn the difference between direct and indirect monetization, too. An example of indirect monetization is one you're probably familiar with in some way, affiliate commissions. This method funnels money to you as a result of someone else's efforts. Direct monetization would include freelance writing that creates earnings based on how many people read your material. You'll find out how to do effective and profitable advertising that promotes your blog and puts it in the top results of search engines.
Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income isn't just another scheme for parting you from your money. It's an informative book that gives you the tools and techniques you need to start your journey to financial independence.

How to Write and Sound Like A Professional Blogger

How to Write and Sound Like A Professional Blogger

Blog Writing Should Be A Fun Activity
When writing content for a blog, it should be a fun deal. It's fun because blog writing is different from all other forms of writing. Blogging is sort of like writing a journal. You can be coherent, textbook-ish, or be a smarty pants. Whichever form you choose it's completely acceptable. There is a special "bloggery" tone that is pertinent in almost all blogs. I would compare this "bloggery" tone to how YouTubers create their videos. It has a very specific flavor and it always feels exactly the same.
For people who may have just started blogging, finding this tone of writing can be challenging. That's because people take the writing part way too seriously.
But Don't Forget the Usual Suspects
It's understandable though that in any forms of writing it has to be done right. The obvious things are spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. That's because if you neglect those things, people simply won't understand what you're saying. To add in the blogging flare in any niche or subject, you just have to let loose. Let your emotions write for you. Being too factual without any or little emotions will result in a stuffy or pretentious piece of writing,
Let's Achieve "Bloggery 101"
To write in blog form means to write informally. To write informally is to write with freedom. Writing too consciously or too cautiously will disturb the creative freedom of your mind. You just need to be honest in words and emotions. Here are a few suggestions that allow great freedom in thought and emotions when writing.
  • Write with peace of mind
  • Do not write angry or with any negative emotions. This blocks creativity
  • Before writing, allow a form of inspiration to seep in your mind
  • Create a thorough style of tone that creates personality
  • Use a thesaurus and dictionary to pinpoint the words you need
  • Most of all, enjoy the subject you are writing about

How to Write Successful Content Even If the Subject Is Dry
Not everything you write is all about fun and entertainment. Some topics are just super boring or plain dry. Let's take for example HTML, insurance, or jogging. Writing about any of these topics without sounding like a textbook can be very challenging. So how do we encounter this obstacle and give our readers a great experience?
First understand what it feels like to be the reader. How does it feel to read something about HTML or insurance. Is it fun or is it boring? If you are a webmaster learning about HTML then coding would be a fun topic. What if you're an insurance guy who wants to learn about HTML? How then does your piece of writing come off to the insurance guy? Will the reader want to read until the end? Will they be bored to tears after the first paragraph? These questions matter because delivery is important.
How to Succeed With a Textbook-ish Content
Suggestively, when making blog content we want to pick a great angle. We can't just dive into the subject like diving into concrete because it's going to hurt. What we need to do is ease in the information. To be a great blogger is to "lay it out on 'em". In english that means to write things simply and elaborately. Yes, simple and elaborate are two very opposite things. What this means though is this; Simple in explanation but elaborate in the method of explaining. So you have to go in and out, left and right to explain your cause to the reader. Doing this all in a simple minded type of language will yield the best result.
How to Keep What We've Learned
To remember what we've learned here let's consider a method of practice. When writing, allow your heart and emotion to be involved. By doing this, it will allow you write wholly. Try to also practice creative writing. Write about things that come to mind. Don't create borders or limitations to your practice. Make it fun and enjoyable. If you measure writing with a metronome or ruler, nobody will feel the life from your written words. There will be no imprint in the things you say on paper. It will be just as good as the algorithm used by an article spinner software.

Honestly there is no need to start from scratch, so many people have paved the road already just follow it along follow a problogger.
The $365 Blog Traffic Formula e-book has interviews with Chris Garrett, Daniel Scocco, Darren Rowse, Jack Humphrey, Jason Katzenback, Matt Garrett, Yaro Starek. They share their problogger secrets with you, it is like having your own interview with them. There also are two extra bonus interviews included in The $365 Blog Traffic Formula e-book they are with J.D. Roth and Tom Kuhlmann. You are gaining insight to 9 well-known and established problogger. Here is a sample of what you will read & learn in The $365 Blog Traffic Formula and each problogger interview.

Jack Humphrey goes through his techniques for back linking and how to create content that your readers will want to read. In addition the strategy's used for the best give away offers to get people to sign up for your blogs.
Darren Rowse will tell you about which social media sites are worth posting on and the little secrets to starting a successful blogs.
The $365 Blog Traffic Formula explains the power of leveraging and taking advantage of other people's traffic, rankings and authority. If you want to increase your blog traffic then you need to act like a problogger who has high traffic sites and mimic their actions.
Next you need to know who your clients are. Who do you want to attract to your blog site? You need to have proper content and make it appeal to those people.
There are a few good ways to stimulate your traffic to your blog site, you can interview other bloggers and post that content to attract viewers. Ad swapping is another good method for advertising on other top sites. You both can benefit from that. Blog roll exchanges are good also because you are with like-minded bloggers in your field and industry.
PPC or paid per click advertising needs to be used with caution. DO not pay for advertising unless you have tested and proven your visitor value. This is very important it could cost you a lot of money and you want a minimal investment in the beginning.
When you start advertising try to quantify the value of your visitors first. If you know that for each visitor to your blog, you're making $1 a month on average, then you probably could afford to pay 50 cents per unique visitor; you'd reap half a dollar as profit. That sounds pretty good to me, but you will have to decide that this is just a suggestion on how to calculate their value.
Competition is strong in all areas of the internet learn how to survive and make it like a problogger.

How To Quickly Become A Problogger In 8 Steps

Every blogger's dream is to quickly become a problogger. He or she wants to be an authority in the field of blogging. The likes of Darren Rowse, Pete Cashmore, Hesham Zebida, Mohammed Mustafa Ahmedzai, Linda Ikeji, etc are earning six figures from their blogs; and that is a motivating factor for them to want to remain bloggers for life. Whether you agree with me or not, the truth remains that nobody wants to be an amateur forever in whatever field he finds himself.
I want to earn as much as these probloggers and I also want to be as popular as well (I don't know about you). I believe you want your blog to be addressed as an authority blog even though money is not the primary reason why you started blogging. You would love your blog to be the researchers' haven, and a good place for people who want to hang out with friends.
Recently I started to take a closer look at some of the probloggers around and try to figure out what makes them what they are. My desire is to quickly become a problogger as possible hence the interest to know more about those who have already achieved that status. I am going to talk about what I found out shortly.
Who is a problogger?
A problogger is the short word for a "Professional blogger". In other words, a problogger is someone who has chosen blogging as his career and earns his living from there. The same way we have professional accountants, doctors, nurses, lawyers, engineers, etc is the same way we have professional bloggers - those who are satisfied with being a blogger and are proud to be addressed as one.
There are several reasons why one would love to become a problogger, amongst which are to be an authority source of information dissemination, earn decent living, become famous, have a way of promoting one's brand, etc. Whatever reason has brought you into blogging, your final destination is to be a pro in your field and be highly respected.
How to quickly become a problogger
From my findings, becoming a problogger takes some concrete and organized steps. I have therefore decided to implement on my blog the steps I found out would make me quickly attain that status. You are free to implement them also if you like; and you are also free to make your comments or criticize them at the end of reading this write up. So save your questions and observations for the end of this post. You want to be a problogger? Then:
Go the Extra mile
I found out that probloggers go the extra mile in their quest to satisfy their audience. They just don't provide content or good content like everyone else would love to; instead they provide the best content. They pack their content with great quality, and they add the value others are not willing to add to theirs.
Research: They take pain to do extensive researches geared toward giving their readers the best informative content available anywhere. They don't hastily assemble what they give out. So if you want to quickly become a problogger, you must be willing to do extensive research and come up with killer content at all times.
Relationships: Probloggers also take the time to build relationships. I recently interviewed Jane Sheeba on my blog and was surprised to hear that she maintains a healthy relationship with Ileane Smith, Ana Hoffman, Annabel Candy, Hesham Zebida, Francisco Perez, to mention a few. You would naturally think the scope of work they have would not allow them to reach out to others; but they still find time to build relationships.
The law of attraction
Do you know that ants are attracted to places where there is sugar or honey? Are you also aware that vultures flock around areas where there are carcasses? Probloggers know how to attract their audiences - they give out freebies, promos, giveaway contests, etc. This keeps people coming to their blogs because people love free things. There are a lot of bloggers out there who don't have the money to purchase all they want; so when you give freebies, they are glad to collect.
Give others a chance
I noticed that probloggers give others a chance to grow. I talked about how Mohammed Mustafa Ahmedzai gave me the opportunity to publish my first guest post online. Ever since, I have had opportunities to have my posts published on Blogengage, Spiceupyourblog, Stunningmesh, Bloggerspassion, Socialvani, Webmaster-success, Emfastincome, Ajnabii, Ogbongeblog, etc. Why am I saying this? Probloggers are not selfish like a lot of people are made to believe. They will give you an opportunity if you have quality content to publish on their blogs. That is one of the things I have also decided to do on my blog. But I only accept quality content because I want my audience to get the best
Encourage interactivity
If you want to quickly become a problogger, you must learn to encourage interactivity on your blog like the probloggers do on theirs. A lot of blogs have comments waiting to be responded to; but nobody cares a hoot. Probloggers care about the comments their readers leave on their blogs and they take the time to respond to such comments despite their tight schedules. They show their readers how much they care about their worries, and try as much as possible to provide them the answers they need.
Give something peculiar
Have you noticed that as at the time Darren Rowse started his photography blog, there were only a few blogs (if at all there were any) doing the same thing? A lot of people needed help in the area of photography and he chose to be the source of help they needed. Zac Johnson chose to be an affiliate marketers' source of marketing knowledge base and today he is helping several of his readers earn fat incomes. So to quickly become a problogger, you need to provide a peculiar service that is highly sought after by others.
Job board
One of the reasons a lot of bloggers are attracted to problogger.net is because of the job board. This is bringing bloggers, freelancers and potential employers to the blog daily. People need jobs; they want to earn extra income. So anywhere they can find these jobs, they are ready to visit there on regular basis. I am also thinking of adding a job board to my blog. I am not going to do it because probloggers are doing it; I am going to do it because of the potential to bring me more visitors.
The rest two points I am going to talk about are things I also believe can hasten my journey into the probloggers' arena. They are a great potential for traffic and a way of attracting others to me.
Do interviews
This is the last point I am going to talk about before resting my arms for today. Doing interviews on your blog is a sure way to get traffic too. I started this on my blog recently and it has been giving me positive result. After I published my first interview, a few people sent me mails asking if they could as well be interviewed. If you have a way of showcasing people and exposing them, they would get attracted to you because nobody wants to die unsung. I am planning to do more this year and use the interviews series of my blog to expose new bloggers, freelancers, internet marketers, etc. I believe it would also help you.
Conclusion
If your dream is to become a problogger, find out what the probloggers are doing differently and try to see how you can duplicate them and give them a different touch and implement them on your blog. If you do them well and you make the same sacrifice that probloggers make, you are sure to succeed in your field and become a problogger in the nearest future. Thanks for reading this article to the end.

Business Blogger? 5 Easy Ways to Create Content Like a Pro

Business Blogger? 5 Easy Ways to Create Content Like a Pro

Although business blogging is a wonderful marketing tool, it is also a real hassle. Blogs are voracious. You can feel like a hamster on a wheel, running desperately fast and wearing yourself out.
Luckily, there are tricks you can use to create content without struggle. Over the years, while blogging for my own and others' blogs, I've learned some tricks. Let's look at five of them.
1. Always Be Noting: Write Notes (Thinking Becomes Enthusiasm)
Everything you do in your business, and every customer interaction can become blog fodder, but only if you get into a "noting" mindset. Start by creating a list of situations which could be helpful for blog content research. For example, talking to customers, reviewing customer and other emails, attending trade shows, and checking out your competitors.
Get into the habit of asking questions. Write down the responses, as soon as a conversation's over.
Writing things down generates enthusiasm. Not only does this make your content livelier, it makes it entertaining.
2. Set Goals for Your Content, and Content Creation Goals for Yourself
What do you want your blog's content to do for you? Create a list of goals for your content. You may want your content to generate leads, show thought leadership in your industry, or cut down on customer service requests. Write your list, and review it at least once a week.
Also, create a couple of blogging goals for content creation. You might set a goal to blog once a week, for example.
3. Big, Little and Fast Content: Test Content Formats
Blogging needn't mean writing. You can post photos, conversations, and short (or long) videos. Alternative forms of content like this can be effective.
You've always got your cell phone camera: use it. You can snap images of your products, your customers, your physical store if you have one, staff members, your office, the view out of your office window... Anything you like. It's all content, and it all helps.
Google+'s Hangouts are popular with marketers, because it's a no-hassle way to create content, and promote.
Test responses to various forms of content.
4. Love Your Archives: All Content Is Inventory
Blogging has a major challenge: that wonderful content you created last week and last month, not to mention last year, hides away in your archives. With luck, it will attract Web searchers. However, algorithm changes can affect your search results, so that a flood of visits slows to a trickle.
Your blog's content is an asset: it's all inventory. Commit to making the most of it. You can repurpose content in various ways -- present it in other formats: in a newsletter, for example, or by snipping it up for social media posts.
5. Think Like a Magazine Publisher: Create an Editorial Calendar, Get Advertisers
Your blog is a publication, just like a magazine. Take a leaf (pun intended) from magazine publishers, and think of ways you can enhance your content.
A monthly magazine has big cover-worthy articles, which sell the magazine. To emulate this, consider creating a big piece of content once a month, and pushing it as much as you can. You never know, it may go viral.
A magazine also has various sections. You can do this on your blog too. Create an editorial calendar, then add your monthly content ideas to it.
You might blog responses to customer questions once a month, create a tutorial on using one of your products once a month -- choose the "standard" content you'll create once a month and add it to your calendar.
Magazines have advertisers which support the publication. Once you're blogging with an editorial calendar, you can pitch sponsored content to advertisers.
Try some of these tricks. You'll soon be creating more blog content, and enjoying blogging.

Domain Name Appraisal: Best Free Services

What is the best free domain name appraisal service? Probably Estibot. They also give you cost per click of your keywords that are in the domain and their search engine traffic, the historical whois of the domain name including when it was first registered, the likely niche or niches for this domain name, the prices that similar domain names have sold for recently, and of course the estimated value. Of course if you're thinking of flipping the domain name this and most appraisals will usually be inflated, but it is still useful for evaluation. This is a great service, but you can only use it once a day for free. After that you must pay for it, but you may find that worthwhile. Valuate is also very good. They are powered by Estibot, so they will give you the exact same domain name appraisal value that Estibot will. They give you far less additional information than Estibot, but you can use their service three times a day for free. A third free domain name appraisal service I have used at times is Go Daddy. At Go Daddy's website click on "Products" then "Auctions" then "Domain Name Appraisals." They give you a range of values your domain might be worth, also usually very inflated. One advantage of using this service is that it's completely free for unlimited use and you can submit as many as 20 domain names at a time. This service will give you an appraisal value but no other information. There are many other free domain name appraisal services out there, but these three are by far the best.

Credit Card Debt Survival Guide

Do you need to eliminate credit card debt you cannot  pay?
Are you worried about real or potential threats and actions against you by a debt  collector or collection attorney?

Would you like to have a ready response that will make that debt  collector or collection attorney go away?

Would you like to know how to avoid a credit card debt lawsuit?

Or, if you are one of the few actually served, would you  like to be prepared to answer a credit card debt summons in a way that  frustrates the collection attorney?

I was in the same situation. I had to eliminate credit card debt totaling $63,000 I could not pay. I  did not know who to trust or where to turn. I had feelings of hopelessness.
After a lot of research and some learning experiences, I discovered that if you can knowledgably  frustrate debt collectors and collection attorneys, they do not want to work  harder to collect from just you. They are  paid on commission; They are motivated  to focus their energies on the thousands of other non-resistant consumer  debtors assigned to them.

I learned the credit card companies, their debt collectors  and their collection attorneys take advantage of our fears. They play on our good conscience. They lie to  us to collect money.
In 2009, according to  creditcards.com, over 15 million people defaulted on their credit card  debt. Going into debt or staying in debt  to pay for monthly necessities is a common occurrence in today’s economy. Clearly, your credit card debt problem is not  unique. You are not alone. And that, believe it or not, is good  news.
It is good news because, if you learn to become more  difficult to collect from than other consumer debtors, debt collectors and  collection attorneys will not waste anymore of their time with you. They will focus their ambitions on the large  number of other less well-informed consumer debtors.
My name is Mel Thompson.  I avoided paying my credit card debt, and I avoided bankruptcy by  learning how to frustrate debt collectors and collection attorneys. What I learned is, just because you owe and  cannot pay does not mean you are helpless.
The recommendations I make in the Credit Card Debt Survival  Guide are based on my experience and on proven practices backed up by consumer  protection laws. They are based on months of research. They separate truth from  Internet myth. They are tried and tested. I made mistakes. I learned from  them. And now, you can benefit from them. CLICK HERE TO ORDER!
I show you the proper language to use with debt collectors,  their collection notices, and their threats of court action, as well as with  collection attorneys and their blanket credit card debt summonses that fish for  non-respondents. With the right language you'll force these commission-paid  adversaries to take you seriously and to spend their time collecting from the large number of uninformed, non-resistant consumer debtors. This language is based on my  successful experiences. To be effective, a debt validation letter, for example,  needs to be a properly worded demand for documentation.
Many consumer debtors have bought the Credit Card Debt  Survival Guide. Below are the stories of  two, who I  counseled.
"I owed close to $100,000 in credit card debt. I had been contacted by several debt  collectors and eventually received one credit card debt court summons. I used the guide and technical support to  respond to the debt collectors and answer the summons. The debt collectors quit calling. There was  no response to my summons answer, and the court case was dropped.”
 Milt H., Burbank, California

"My wife and I owed $70,000 in credit card debt. We had both  lost our jobs. As the months of non-payment passed, we were contacted by debt  collectors and collection attorneys threatening lawsuits. The guide and technical support gave us the  material to convince these people to get off our backs and probably spend their  time with other less savvy debtors.”
 Bob R. Portland, Oregon

In the Credit Card Debt Survival Guide you get 100 pages in Chapters 6 through 9 conveniently organized in linking to each chapter and subsection for quick reference directing you to the  information you need to solve your problem. Information including:
Sample debt validation letters and  follow-up written communications to frustrate debt collectors and collection  attorneys

Links to debt forums and  authoritative websites to reassure you that these are the best practices for  fending off debt collectors and collection attorneys.

Don’t forget our truly unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee If you want  your money back, you will get it back. If you are overwhelmed and you need help immediately, take  advantage of our 30 days of technical support bundled with the Credit Card Debt  Survival Guide for just $97.The Credit Card Debt Survival Guide is $47.00 and  comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee through ClickBank. The Credit Card Debt Survival Guide's 100 pages give you the language and background you need to effectively deal with collection attorneys and debt collectors. CLICK HERE TO ORDER!

Paid Social Media Jobs Reviews - SCAM!

"Paid Social Media Jobs" is a scam I'm sorry to report in this review. The videos are poorly done. You can find this information elsewhere on the internet for free. The videos don't really teach you adequately how to do the jobs. You will find it much harder to make money with this concept than the Paid Social Media Jobs sales page would imply. I think a much better way for you to earn money on the internet is the following: Tube Launch
Tube Launch should really give you what you're really looking for in the area of earning money on the internet. I hope you enjoyed this review of "Paid Social Media Jobs" in which I conclude that it is a scam. I would go with the highly regarded "Tube Launch" method, which is REALLY earning people money!
